I worked for NCS for 9 weeks, i went to the office at 9.30am and i idont think i wss dropped home before 11.30pm i worked outafter knowing the amount i'd be paid at the end of the week before comissions and divided it by thehour we were told we had to work, before they made us stay longer, i was gettig paid 3cents an hour at the most.
I was told i got to door-knock to set appointments andalso go into homes and show off a vaccume that costs $4000.00, it came with warrenty and it ws a fantstic machine, and theyofferedtrade ins and extra bits n peices anthey lways gave u optionif ur a buyer... If ur a lucky buyer anyway, i never seen them organise to deliver anew machine to the people that paid extra for a new1, instead of the demos we showed them.
When i asked the manger for my payments fter 2 and a half weeks and tol hi wht i needed it for he said hed transfer it ito my accountnd icould access it before lunch that day. I checked my account and calledthe back o mybreakand they said that nothing is waiting to go ito myaccount andto check the account number i gave him. I asked the bak for myaccount number and i asked him what happened and he sai igav him t wrong one i asked him to readit to me... They were identicle.
I arranged to book appointmentn my own closer to myfriends place a few weeks latter and when i gavethe appointment slipsto my teamleader she told me to cancle them all nd i demanded that we went out and they dropped me off ith machine, paper work nd a kit on my own in the area andsaidtheyd pick me up latter.
I called the managerfrom a payphone andtold him i left the kit nd machie in a strngers house and if he wanted it back then hed hve to payme the money he owed me or im keeping the stuff. I had a good machne, only been used once. He refused and i hung up and didnt go back to the office. The kit is at myparents place and my mum loves he mchine, sure its not wort as muchas whati was owed but itlllast longer thenthemoney would of anyway an ithas billion attachments.
So i left with no money from them by great new machine and they didnt ak fr itback or anything cause they knew i could win against them.
