Retruned Check Fee

To Whom this may concern

TRS Recovery once to collect $50.00 from me on a check that was clear and re-submitt twice by Graint Food Store.

Gaint Food re-submitt the check the second time, the check was clear on Nov 16 which mean TRS did not have to pre-form any collection activty.

I call them and inform them that the check was clear on Nov 16 but the still are sending me letter which state that I need to pay them $50.00.

Then I receved the frist letter stating that if I do not send them $50.00 that they where going to create a paper draft and present it to my bank to resolve this fee.
