HORRIBLE - Install

Direct Path did the install and equipment maint. For Direct Satelite TV.

When they did the intitial install, the tech lied and said there was sattelite trouble. When I called Direct Tv, the only problem was I needed to program my remote. I would've given him credit for an honest mistake but he want though an entire dialogue with no one on the phone about how the satellite was having trouble and it should be up in half an hour. No one at direct knew anything about the conversation.

I had some trouble with my sattetlite connection. Three times I scheduled to have a technician come out to fix it. Each time I was told I would be called an hour before the tech came out. Each time they called when the tech was at my door and left without giving me ten minutes to meet them.

I ended up cancelling the service.

If Direct Path or Media Works has anything to do with yoru service, find another company.
