Direct Path (a contractor for Directv and Internet service provider) has got to be THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER WALK THE FACE OF THE EARTH. They beat out Comcast for that title by MILES. If any company you know, whether an apartment complex, condo association, or Burger King, does business with Direct Path, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. Do not do business with any company that does business with Direct Path. You will regret it, and the experience will dramatically denigrate your faith in humanity. They are a cancer to the practice of customer service and common sense everywhere. Directv should be ashamed to call these people partner.
