We are attempting to bundle all our services—land line, TV, and internet from Time Warner to ATT / Direct TV. My husband negotiated the change and scheduled a call to install the dish TV services. ON the original install date,
Direct TV called to say they weren't coming as they didn't have the equipment.
(in the meantime, they called a few times to remind us of the scheduled service call). The install was rescheduled for today, and again, the same issue - not enough equipment due to high demand. I wold like to be in a business with such high demand and offer such poor service. Most companies behaving in this manner would be out of business in a short time. I guess the cost of entry and regulations to enter the satellite TV market are prohibitive. Time Warner wasn't great as far as customer service, but certainly beats ATT/Direct TV. Buyer beware.
