Got Direct Path in October and a technician had to come out 3 times within the first 2 months to finally find out why internet kept going down. Direct Path provisioned the box they assigned to me out to another client in Georgia. You what happened next... Of course Direct Path charged me $65.00 to come out and fix their problem.
