I am sending this for my daughter... She is 23 years old with a 10 month old baby and was looking for a vehicle...
My father called and told her he saw one for sale on Ebay... It was a2004 Honda Accord EX Sedan... It had low miles on it and they were asking $2400.00 for it...
I email the lady back inquiring why she was selling it so cheap and asked if there were mechanical issues with the car...
The lady Catherine Caldwell said no there was nothing wrong with it and it was in excellent condition just she was in the process of getting a divorce and she just wanted to get rid of it because she had no use for it anymore... So my daughter continued to talk to her and she started the ball rolling... We have never purchased anything on Ebay or on line as a matter of fact other then hockey tickets... They told her to get a money gram... She didn't think anything of it they gave her a fax number to send the information to but we don't have access to fax so she did it all via email...
She saved all the emails from the two of them..
We thought it was all fine because it was an ebay email from the David Maple and supposedly and ebay fax number..
All i would like to see happen is for my daughter to get her money back...
