First I would like to say your phone customer service by phone is absolutely the worst service I have ever had not did they not anser me when i called but they hung up the phone. I held on for 21 minutes without anyone ever anserwint the phone. So far your policies are absolutely terrible. My complaint is as follows in october i purchaed two davinci 4 in 1 cribs for my great granddaughters. One of the cribs is now falling apart when my daughter went to pick up one of the girls the crib tilted from side to side when they went to check they found that the screws were faling out that is by far showing me that the crib is very inferior but what wouldhave happened if the crib had fallen on my granddauaghter. As far as I can see by the service I did not receive on the phone. That this store does not stand behind the product nor does it care about the customer relations part of the problems. As far as I can see target has not stood up to the policies that they claim tohave the customer always comes first. Very, Very, Verypoor store relations. I am beside my self in thinking that you care about customers and there feeling toward buying products from you. Fortunately my granddaughters were not hurt and I am now going to buy a new crib because your product is garbage.
