Terrible service - bad service/misleading pics cancelation policies/costumer service

I bought one crib, one mattress, one bed sheet. The mattress showed up, the bed sheet showed up but the crib which was indicated to be in stock and to ship within 4 days didn't show up as promised. So, I called them 3 days after the last day of the scheduled delivery and they said they had to contact the manufacturer!!! I'm not quite sure why they waited 20 days to contact the manufacture on an item I ordered that was supposed to ship more than two weeks prior. So, in addition to having misleading information on their website the customer service was terrible. They were neither apologetic nor helpful in finding out when my crib would come. If they had said the company couldn't provide them a product on time that would have been understandable, but I asked if that was the case and they were evasive which makes me think that they just didn't want to sell the item at the sale price. The item is still listed on their site as in stock to ship within a few days. So, after waiting one month for an item that was supposed to be in stock, I had to give up. I wonder if they just put up a cheap price online so that other companies have to match their price. They are owned by netshops so I would avoid them too.
