Richard H. Potter, his wife (?) Lisa T., and their 5 kids entered into a lease to purchase contract with us. They know exactly how to work the law, bouncing most checks, NSF others, but paying off just what they need to stay in the house, with a VERY lenient judge.
After they left, we discovered over $20,000.00 damage done to a $300,000.00 home. Now they're threatening to sue US for clearing out the trash they left behind... You should see the lies about lost camping equipment (that half burnt candle?), clothing (the stuff goodwill turned down???), and 'groceries"... (was that the fuzzy green stuff in the fridge, or were they talking about the unflushed toilets???)
They've ripped off folks from our church, town, and businesses all around... They even have two banks accounts. One to bounce checks from, the other to keep their money in...
don't rent, loan, give, or talk to these 'people'...
Learn about their multiple bankruptcies in Florida... They've done it in FLA and LA, now they've hit CO.
