I am writing this report to inform people about Prime Home Enertainment. Prime Home is a satellite installation company that whose main office is in Nashville, Tn. There are branch offices in a few other cities throughout TN, GA, OK, and OH.
I am writing this to let anyone who may be considering employent with Prime Home Entertainment know what they can expect if hired.
First, you get to work ridiculous work hours. Thats right. If you love to work until after dark on a regular basis, then this might be the job for you. It may be 6 or 7 o'clock and you're ready to go home, but they have other plans won't feel the least bit bad about giving you another job to do so you can get home extra, extra late.
Second, you get to deal with disorganization like you wouldn't believe. This company is run by the most unprofessional and disorganized bunch of clowns that I've ever seen in my life. Just goes to show that just about anyone can obtain a college degree.
Third, lies, lies, lies!!! If you love being lied to on a daily basis, then this is the company for you.
Fourth, chargebacks. If you are a technician and there is a problem with a job within 60 days and you were the last one there, you will be charged back a minimum of $35, NO MATTER WHAT THE CAUSE. It can be fauty equipment, customer cause, etc., and you will still be charged back from $35 to $75.
Last, and most important: Bounced payroll checks. After you have put up with these first four things all week and you get your paycheck, IT'S NO GOOD!!! The payroll checks keep bouncing and bouncing and bouncing.in the last 2 months I worked there, I maybe had 2 or 3 checks to clear. Myself and some others have even had some of our REIMBURSEMENT CHECKS BOUNCE!!! That's right. Some of the checks that were issued to reimburse other checks that bounced, also bounced.
You may think that I am simply a disgruntled former employee trying to get back at the company I used to work for, but let me leave you with this. The ENTIRE Jackson, TN office quit. That's not just 1 or 2 people, but 8 people quit at one time. That should tell you something right there.
