Great southern technologyjohnny lied and was unable to satisfactorily answer questions concerning equipment

I ordered the CS-Pro25 package on 9/17/09 and recieved it on 9/24/09. The company presents itself as offering a unique way to earn money by de-bugging homes and offices by using its surviellance equipment.
After reciept, I used the equipment on three different residences and got a multitude of "false hits", indicating the presence of a bug or camera. 2 of these residences were brand new and occupied by friends.
On 9/28, I called their 800 number and got Amelia, she said someone would get back to me. A Johnny Anderson from the company called me several hours later stating "I am at the airport and am leaving the country". There was so much background noise that I could hear all of what he was saying and he said he would call me when he got to where he was going. Two days later he called me and again the connection was poor. I did state that I was having problems with the equipment and he said he would call me again. He did call again, and the same poor connection was present. At this time I then asked about the ten day return policy (because we were unable to have a conversation and the clock was ticking), and Johnny said "don't worry about it".
Finally on 10/7 I got to speak with Johnny over a clear line. I presented my problems and Johnny sloughed them off and "kept saying go out and make some money." At no time did he resolve the issues where the equipment was showing that there was a transmitter and I knew there wasn't one there. He said go out and do three homes or offices and call me with the results. I told him I already did three locations and needed answers to my questions, he again stated "just go out and make some money". I told him I cannot in good conscience use this equipment for profit until I can get answers as to why the equipment is not working properly. At this point I asked him when did my 10 day return policy expire, and he said "we'll discuss that when you get to that point, just go out and make some money". I then said I want to return it, and he quickly said, "you can't your 10 day term for returning the product has expired. I reminded him of him telling me not to worry about the 10 day return policy while he was out of the country and he ignored what I said and just said "you can't return it". I told him I used a credit card to purchase it, and will notify the credit card company, he said, "go ahead, WE GO THROUGH THIS ALL THE TIME". He further stated that the post office has standing orders to refuse all returned goods sent to the post office box, and if I sent it back it would just be refused and returned back to me.
I then called the 800 number again and asked Amelia for the physical address of the company, and she asked what I needed that for. I told her I am a customer of the company and just wanted to know their location. She continued to refuse to give me the address, so I then told her I needed it to return their merchandise to them, and with that, she promptly hung up on me!
Unfortunately I did not get the results from the credit card company I wanted. They told me even though Johnny told me not to worry about the ten day policy, that in itself does not negate their clearly stated return policy if he choses to say he didn't say it. They did give me other avenues to pursue, and I am weighing which avenue to persue next.
Johnny Anderson is a liar, and his company, while claiming they do business with the CIA, FBI, and a host of other cryptic companies, is a two man band who won't even divulge where they are physically located. Use prudence, and give Johnny and his company Great Southern Security a WIDE BERTH!
