Charging for receiver after signing up, infomercial advertising free equipment, May

I signed up to Dish on May 15. I had an infomercial which advertised free equipment upon signing up. I wasn't informed there would be a charge for any equipment. However, when I received my Master Card bill for May there was a charge on the bill from SAT TV 1 TIME S/H Lockport NY in the amount of $79.99.
When I contacted Dish, they swear they are not the ones who made charge to my credit card. At that time however, I was signed on to auto pay.

I was directed to call a company called Southern Star, Inc.in Waco Texas at (254) 771-2828. They were supposed to be the ones who installed my Dish equipment. The service manager a Mr. Kyle Dortch said they weren;t the installer, nor did they charge any equipmrnt to my credit card. Mr. Dortch gave me another persons name who may have installed my equipment. This persons name is a Johnny King, no company name was available.

I have sent e-mail two times to the account manager of Dish asking for an investigation into who might have taken out the money. So far I haven't got any reply back from them. I've also like some of the other people, had lots of stressful problems with Dish. Things like breaking equipment, mistakes in billing, as well as lying. I would like to get back my money for being charged for the receiver.
