Ordered a product and changed my mind because I didnt have enough money to pay for product and bills.instead of them canselling the order they say they couldnt find the order. And then deside to pull money out of my account. And now my account is locked to where I now cant pay any bills. My power is due and they say they can't stop the hold on my account, I will have to wait until product is delivered and then refuse, them wait 30-60 days for a refund. My bills are due now I have 4 small kids all under the age of 7, I need to pay bills and provide food for them. With no money I can't do that. My account is all the money I have. My pay checks go directly to the bank. I get no support fom their father. I need my money and they say their is nothing they con do from something they werent suppose to do in the first place. Can I please get some help!!!
