Worst customer service ever experienced!

I own a sports store, and was interested in selling some certain items that this company had. I contacted their customer service dept. First to ask some questions about their company and how things work there. They told me to not bother them and that they were too busy to mess with me. They also told me to not call back, and to call the sells rep. For any other items of interest that I may want. I did, and he was very hateful to me as well. At this point, I haven't spoke to anyone that was willing to help me, and pretty much told me that I was just a burden, that I didn't need to call them unless I had my order completed and ready to give to them, and also that they didn't have time to waist with me asking questions. I sent a comment reply to the main company telling them what I have experience with the customer service and reps. A man claiming to be the owner of the company called me back on the phone, and told me that he didn't feel that he needed to do business with me and that he was going to tear up the order that I had placed with them. I told him that I couldn't believe that I was being treated this badly by his company, and he replied with, he felt that he didn't have a need to kiss anyone's ass over any type of issue. This may not be a complaint involving money right at this time although I did give them my credit card information for the order that I was trying to place. All the same, I feel that someone should know who they are and how they treat people.
