On 2/11, I purchased several items from this store. A 'hold' was put on my credit card for a total of $99 for several items.
It is now 2/16 and I have received nothing in the way of notices about my order, only that the order is still pending from info I received from my card.
I called their so-called customer service 3 times to inquire about my order and why it has not been processed. I was told 3 times "we don't know".
Last evening I spoke with a supervisor at 'customer service'. He basically said he didn't understand what the problem was.
I am a first time customer with this company. It is to bad they screwed up this order so badly and the resulting bad customer service. I will never purchase another item from them. I feel I was just robbed of $100.
This morning these crooks had the nerve to send me an email saying 'you forgot to complete your purchases' because I had 1 item left in my shopping bag.
DO NOT purchase anything from this company or any other business in foreign countries. Now I must find out if business's from foreign countries need to have statutory agents to exist here. I will have to sue them for the money they stole from me.
