Everyday wealth "fired for threatening to call the dept of labor regarding overtime hours

I was terminated for threatening to call the GA Dept of Labor for overtime hours that I had worked and was not going to be paid for.

My separation notice states that I was fired for "DISRESPECT".

How am I being disrespectful by standing up for my rights?
