Overtime, Salary, money, not paid, broke the law, dept. Labo

Well I went to this company to make more money and ended up making less.
My job responsibilities were to weed-eat, edge, blow and other typical lawn maintainance stuff on high grade commercial accounts "We even did city work"

Well to make long story short I was only payed 400 a week salary and worked at least 50 hours a week sometimes all the way up to 70 hours.

On Saturday's the boss called it overtime and would only pay us $10 an hour. That's not time and a half for all you lawyers out there!

I called the dept. Of labor on him for this and he somewhat started paying overtime.
He said he was fixing everything and that we would get payed our overtime.

Well I got payed overtime but still not for all the hours i was working he still took off an hour here 2 hours there and everyone else was also standing around on fri saying this ain't right.

But in an economy like this nobody wants to do anything about it because losing their job is not an option no matter how little you make.

I nor any of the other guys ever received compensation for the hours before the dept. Of labor were called or the hours he scammed us on after.

The guy I spoke with at the dept of labor is very hard for me to get a hold of and does not return phone calls.

When I called Morgan and Morgan They Said They Would not take the case because there was not enough money involved for them to mess with it.

I know this company brings in over a mill. A year and I just want justice served, I am now fired from that company after another co-worker and i got into a dispute and he told the boss I was the one who called, which before hand the boss strictly stated to my immediate supervisor that if it was me who called he would fire me.

Unfortunately Fl is the right to work state so he will get away with that I'm sure but this company needs to be brought to justice, The way it is ran and the way the employees are treated is wrong and needs to seriously be evaluated.

I Have tried to get compensation for the lost hours and it seems that at least one other is doing the same.
