Employees are RARELY every payed for the overtime they work. Overtime hours are taken over to the next week, which is illegal! There are people in higher positions that treat co-workers as if they are dirt. They are very unprofessional always standing around gossiping about co-workers. There are always scheduling problems, in fact some people don't even get a schedule! They have to call in everyday.
If anyone complains about anything to the manager pretty much nothing is done about it. If anything is done it only lasts for a very short time. They can't keep anyone there that is worth staying, because nobody wants to put up with their bad business practices.
Beware! Do not apply at that hotel!!!
