For shame on these people. I, like the others that have been ripped off by this group, am in financial straits and am looking for some help. I started researching "Grants" online and came to their website. On the main page, they lure you in with $1.98 shipping and handling fee for them to send a booklet on how to find a grant. So, I signed up. Then, once I got the e-mail and password, I find out that they aren't even mailing anything, that I'm supposed to download the booklet. I tried and basically got nothing from it. So, I chalk it up to "yeah, just another scam". Little did I know because 1 week later, I get a $57 charge to my debit account! I called the number and the lady I spoke with said they would send me an e-mail telling me where to submit my refund request. I never got the e-mail, so I called again and they gave me the following website: www.2009cs.com I have gone to the website, completed my form and got an email confirming the receipt of my refund request and to allow 24 hours for it to process. We'll see. If not, I'll just let my bank take care of it, as one of the other poor victims of these awful people did.
