I am thinking about going back to school, so I was looking on the internet for grant sites. I found this one that said "Grants. Gov", so I thought it would be safe since it had to do with the government, so I went to that site. It said if I paid 1.95, that they would send me a book and kit, where I could find grants. So I gave them my debit card # and they were supposed to confirm by email. I didn`t get a confirmation, so I went to my bank to have my account activity checked. Sure enough, the 1.95 had been deducted and also a charge for 57.61, and neither one was charged to "Grants". It was a place called, HOMETREAUSURES.com. It is spelled just like that, and as you can see, treasures is not even spelled right in the address. My bank is taking care of the problem, but people need to be warned about this place. This was the first time I`ve ever used my card on the internet, and it will definitely be the last. Please help stop innocent people from getting ripped off by places like this. Thanks...
