I am student in need of some financial help. During my holiday vacations I searched online for a grant website where I can get some info on grants available and I ended up on Grants For You Now by Lisa Fitzgerald... It seemed to be a very serious business website offering a good deal... I made the mistake to order a CD for only $1.99 for shipping and handling, what's 2 dls anyways, so there I was waiting for the CD by mail and never got a thing, but I did get an email saying this:
Thank you for signing up for Grants For You Now. If you have any questions regarding this order please contact our customer support department by replying to this email. Your credit card has been charged a total of $1.99 for our Instant Delivery Shipping Method.
It wasn't until 8 days after that I check my bank account and there it was a $94.98 transaction from 3grant... I called to find out what was going on and the reason for been charged that amount without my permission. I waited on the phone for about 40 mins to speak to a costumer rep. Named Jose who automatically knew the reason of my call, surprisily he offered to cancel my account, funny because by that time I didn't know I had an open account with them.
I asked to speak to his manager or someone else who can help me with my refund and he only gave me an email address to reques it by mail. I wrote them requesting my money to be refund inmediatelly bacuse I was running out of funds and here is what they respond:

Everything you need is right on your computer screen on our website, where your log-in and password will give you instant access.
