I was contacted by a lawyer Victor Gibson saying that I borrowd $300 from a cash advance company since march and refused to pay them and that I was committing fraud and they have a judgemnt against me for $1098.58 and that i need to pay that or the sherriff department will come to my house the next day and arrest me. I was scared about the whole situation because I have never been arrested before so I told him i didnt want the case to go to court and he made me fax an affidavite saying I was not goin to run away from the loan and that I was going to pay my loan advance. He told me to get a walmart card and load the money and call within the next hour so that he can put my case on hold and will give me a case pin number. So I did put in $400 in a walmart card and called and when I requested the cash advance information he told me that it will conflict with his job and I found it odd because as a lawyer they are suppose to have the clients info. I called back again and they had my numbers blocked.
