I have AT&T debit my checking account every month for my phone bill. I do not check it every month because it should be about 60.00 per month. I decided to look at March Bill and notices I was charged an additional 20 per month in dec, jab and feb. I called at&t and they said Universal call plan inc was charging the extra 20.00. I called Universal Call Plan, Inc and asked them who authorized them to be on my phone bill. They said I signed up for it on the internet. I disputed that and asked them to send me the documents showing I signed up for it. They of course could not provided the documents and said the sign up was generated over the computer so they could not provide me with any evidence. I threatened them with prosecution and they agreed to return the 60 in unauthorized charges to me. Please make sure you check your phone bill every month for charges.
