We have had Dish for 15 years and never had a problem with it except with the stupid people you talk to on the phone that dont speak english. We switched to Direct like a bunch of idiots and have only had it a month and it can be the warmest day of the year no wind or nothing and the P.O. S is "searching for signal" We have not been able to watch tv for 1 whole week because if you put it on tbs and it says its on tbs the show that is on is from the damn History channel. They really rip you off to because you only get one dvr when in dish you get 2 and with dish you can watch what you have recorded in 2 rooms on direct you can only watch it in the main room. Our dish bill was 100 dollars cheaper too. So all in all dish is the best one to go with and Direct is just a damn rip off!!
