Ok, here is one for you. Received a letter from these folks in the mail on 9/17/09.
Saying I am being sued for not paying a propane bill. I don't use propane. Never did. I live in Baltimore City. They mention a firm called United Foundries as I guess me owning. I never owned them, although in my days owing a trucking firm I moved their containers off of and onto the piers in Baltimore. Now I am being sued for $1,805.15 and my only contact with this firm, who I guess owes the bill to Inergy Propane was I handled their trucking needs. What a rip-off and Maryland courts would allow this to happen, without checking first as to my relationship with any of these folks. Its absolutely crazy. I never owed them, never did anything but truck containers on their behalf, and if I remember correctly they owed me money too, when they left town. I sold the trucking firm 4 years ago and have no records of their A/P. I do remember they were very slow paying their bills.
So folks, hang on, this is the only first of many deceitful means of Johnny get your gun type of companies to surface in this economy. I am going to file a suit against Inergy Propane for allowing this to happen. Its crazy to say the very least. I cannot wait to here all the bull crap they are about to present.
I swear, I never had any relationship with United Foundries, WHATSOEVER.
