I had to cancel my service. DTV said they would send me boxes to ship the receivers back to them. The boxes never arrived. It's moving day, and now they are telling me that because we didn't ship them back that I will be assessed a non-return fee. I am now on my 11th "customer service" rep and none of them have been able to give me an alternative. We either pay for shipping ourselves (even though it is their fault) or get charged $300. This company is unethical and EVERYONE should know!!!
