My husband and I have had Directv since its inception... That being said you would think they may value the business of someone who has been with them that long... NOOOOOOO!!! I won't go into the details of why we cancelled... Boils down to them telling us one thing and doing another but here is where i am pissed! We cancelled... A few days later we got a call saying they were sending out the boxes to send back our 5 receivers and to make sure we send them back or we will be charged... Well low and behold that same day I got the call BEFORE i even got the boxes they took out $1070.00 out of my bank account... I was livid... The next day I got the boxes and the slip said I have 10 days or I will be charged...
We called and spoke to SO many people each one gives you a different story. Even the managers you never hear the same thing twice..."your money will be back in 3 business days... 8 business day... 8 weeks... 5 business days"... Well here it is 3 weeks later i still have a credit on my account but no money from them yet... We call daily go as high up as we can and still no resolve...
I have never delt with such a dishonest company... I can't believe there is no Class Action suit on them... Their customer service reps are a bunch of idiots and have no clue... Of course what do you expect when even the manages can't get their answers straight... They are crooks and I want my money back NOW~!!! They have the receivers but I don't have my $!
