Cadillac asked me to turn in my leased car early which I did, but somehow Cadillac did not pay off the lease until a year later. I have been carrying this error on my credit report for years and GMAC has refused to help me remove it. The GMAC rep wouldn't even listen to what I had to say, but cut me off and told me there was nothing he could do. As a result, my rates are higher on everything, because my credit has been affected.
I need to know how to resolve this issue over which I never had any control. Help!!! Dorothy
