I have Sears Treadmill that has been worked on eleven times. Recently in past 3 months they have been here seven times, still not fixed. They pay thousands in new parts and repairmen hours instead of replacing a 600 dollar treadmill. I beg, I cry I plead, I have a Stroke, in hospital and still no sympathy from SEARS to replace item. They tell me it is not the 4 separate service calls that would qualify to replace treadmill, that it is still the same problem, hello? They have replace all of the parts several times, it looks new, but will quit after a few minutes. Where is justice? My warranty will expire soon and they procrastinate repairing, stringing me along until I just die from exhaustion for trying to get them to fix it properly or Please replace it with a new working treadmill... Is anyone out there listening??
