Did not pay enough attention when I paid for my purchase. I handed her 5 $20 bills for a $83.88 purchase and got $1.12 back. You need to train your cashiers to pay attention and how to count change. We stood there for a long time while managers tried to see the transaction on the playback tape. My time is valuable and I resent it. I finally got my exact change but the cashier was still not paying attention. I'm not impressed. You need to train your people how to deal with the public. Manager and cashier lack of concern angered me more than the $15 that I had to argue for. That's not a good way to do business and you should be ashamed.
