We saw the Eco Canteen advertised on tv and thought it sounded like a good buy. They were offering a free insulated cover if you order now.

When I placed the order online, I ordered 2 canteens with 2 covers. After having to click many times that I did not want any other extra accessories, I was surprised when the order confirmation came up for 4 canteens and 4 covers. There was no chance for me to confirm the order before it was placed.

I immediately tried to hit the back button on my browser to see if I could make changes to the order and encountered more pop-ups that would never allow me to get back to my order. When my husband tried to call the customer service number, he was put on hold for at least 10 minutes. Then an automated message came on and said all of the representatives were busy and hung up on him.

We went ahead and contacted our bank to tell them not to honor the debit from our account. If we hadn't done that, I'm sure we would have received all 4 canteens and covers. We also read later that if we returned the canteens there would be a 15% restocking fee - On items we never even ordered!
