I first came upon First Foreclosures Solutions (FFS) after having visited a Loan Modification Web site back in January of 09.
I was contacted by an Loan specialist and was told that for 1300.00 they could help with a Loan Modification since I was upside down on my current Mortgage.
The loan specialist promised me that they could negotiate on my behalf and consolidate a First and Second mortage within 90 days.
After 90 days I was passed from one agen to another all having me to re-submit the same documentation.in addition I tried to forward information to the address given to me by FFS. The letter was sent Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The letter was returned to sender with the note that there was no such number.
That was when I begin to worry and started trying to call FFS on a daily and weekly basis.
90 days letter after little or no communication from my third Loan specialist I was sent an email that she was leaving the company and would be forwarding my account to the President. She stated he would call me within 24 hours to ease my concerns. Bottomline no one called and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the state of Colorado.
After going to the BBB website and searching for a report of FFS is where discovered that the Colorado BBS and given them a grade of F in their business dealings. I'm asking FFS for a refund of my fees but am not very optimistic that anyone will respond or care about my plight.
Therefore I'm declaring war on FFS.
