I ordered coffee from this company that I thought was $5 per bag of coffee so I could get some high quality coffee along with 2 free mugs. I bought 2 bags of coffee and was billed $25.2 days later I was billed $38.95 and was told this was for my monthly shipment. When I told the customer service agent I wanted to cancel, the csr said this would not be a problem. However, the csr failed to mention that 2 days later I would be billed another $38.95, and then $38.95 every 2 days because I did not pick a shipping interval.
After reaching a customer service manager after the 3rd $38.95 billing, I was told that I would have to return the coffee, which I did. I did receive 2 $38.95 billed back to my credit card, but I have not been given the 3rd $38.95 back.
I tried to contact this company, but all I get is a busy signal, and the website address they gave me is no longer valid.
Please beware of this company because you are billed $25 regardless of how many bags of coffee you order for the $5 per bag offer on Snap Dollars.com. Also, Snap Dollars did not give me an option to set up a delivery interval which is why I was being billed every 2 days a total of $38.95.
In addition, a few of the csr's at this company were very unprofessional which is why I had to talk with a manager. I hate it when a csr says "it is not their problem" when something goes wrong with something at their company!!!
