After finally getting this company to schedule a pick-up of a damaged item I received, after many unanswered calls and emails and even after I had to get nasty in my language, this company has taken more than 2 weeks to contact me about any kind of a refund. I think I gave them ample time to reply (2 weeks) after the package was picked up at my home to respond. Them have not made any attempt at telling me my refund is being processed or that it has been sent to my bank account. I feel that 2 weeks is an excessive amount of time to wait to hear about getting my money back. If I owed them money I would have heard from a collection agent already. I just want my $131 dollars back. Especially in this economy!
