2007 Free Flight Program Rip-Off

On 6/8/09 I called the toll free number to book my free flight through this program. I spoke with a woman named Cheryl. She took my VISA card number and charged my account $90.98 (booking and other fees of $65.98 and 25.00), and told me I would receive the flight information via email. She confirmed she had my correct email.

I booked this flight prior to 6/16/09, as required by several text messages I had received from T-Mobile as the 2007 program was extended through that date. On 6/8/09, my credit card was charged the $90.98 fee to book this free' flight. I have had no further contact with and no email or other correspondence from anyone concerning this flight.

This is the charge that appeared on my credit card statement:
06/08 - LOYALTYWORKS INC (Services and Merchandise) - $90.98. I emailed the Loyaltyworks Inc. Website and received a response that they did handle the program. I emailed my complaint to the sender of their email today.

I tried to email T-Mobile but this function is no longer available. I called T-Mobile customer service on approximately 29 Jun 09 and spoke with two representatives, explained the problem, and they entered the information into my record, stating it would be forwarded to someone who could check into this.

I heard nothing further from anyone. I called customer service again 20 Jul 09, and the rep I spoke with said there was nothing further noted in my account beyond the entries made for the 29 Jun 09 calls. She said that the prior entry did say the issue would be forwarded to the business department for someone to contact me, but I have not been contacted.

This is an extremely poor way to run a promotion program, and the calls to T-Mobile customer service offered me no resolution to this problem. No one at customer service has any idea about how to help anyone in this situation.in fact, at the first call, I was given the same toll free number I had originally called to book the flight. This number is disconnected, and the customer service reps had to call the number themselves to verify.
