AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH Extra Space Storage at 350 Adams Street in Louisville, Kentucky. This business is one of three businesses operated by Charles L. Allen at the same address. The other two businesses are a Budget Truck Rental and an ILLEGAL moving business. Mr. Allen misuses the Budget Truck Rental's trucks to do his illegal moving. His movers do terrible damage. He is operating the moving business illegally for he has neither the required license nor the required insurance to legally do moving. He has combined all three businesses together in a very clever manner.By misusing the Budget Truck Rental trucks to do his illegal moving it is hard for law enforcement to catch him. For he is not using his own trucks with the names of his illegal moving business, so it is hard to spot him in his illegal operations. His illegal moving business operates in the following names: CLA Enterprises, LLC; Allen's Moves Are Us; Allen's Moves R Us; Moves Are Us; Moves R Us; and Moves Are Us Movers. Do NOT use any of his three businesses, all at 350 Adams Street in Louisville; and especially do NOT use his illegal moving business in any of his several business names. There are many other movers and storage places in Louisville: use one of those. Further, Charles L. Allen is in the top management of Extra Space Storage and as such has no economic need to be illegal in his moving business. So that it reflects terribly on Extra Space Storage as a business that someone in its very, very top management is operating a moving business illegally. It is terrible that someone in such a top position with Extra Space Storage is simultaneously operating an illegal moving business. AVOID doing business with any Extra Space Storage since Charles L. Allen, an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer with Extra Space Storage, and making by all accounts over $500,000 a year, is illegally operating a moving business. It makes a terrible statement about Extra Space Storage that their Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer is operating an illegal moving business. Further, when doing damage to one's possessions and/or person Charles L. Allen refuses to provide any reimbursement. He has no insurance. It is a terrible disgrace that someone in his top management position with Extra Space Storage is illegally doing moving, and then when doing damage to possessions he refuses to be fair and decent.
