Only been with these guys a month, wasn't aware that you are required to pay extra for insurance, was also promised a discount if i posted a "nice" review... Done that and still no discount, I can only assume I was lied to. Remedy: i will be moving to the competitors site just down the street. Thanks for the lies Extra Space. You just lost a customer.
