Dhr finally sent me a statement showing welfare i was to have gotten and it start with a check in 1989 and i had no child in 1989 and when i contacted mrs. Cathy and mrs. Undria neither have contacted me back and montgomery have yet to make me an appointment for an administrative hearing and the hearing for july was cancelled due to conflict due to the lady was my case worker in 1993 and then dhr showed i got welfare checks by the week and no one get welfare checks by the week and also my son got awarded ssi and the social security office paid back the welfare i got for my son and dhr still took my son father tax money for the state and i have proff that social security paid them i even contacted mrs. Cathy c. Leverington and undria taylor and they have yet to respond and then on top of this bob riley sent me a number to contact a lady in montgomery and they have not did anything and as stated i feel that the state of alabama is nothing more than a ripoff covington county andalusia alabama 36420 is one of the biggest and mrs. Henderson have yet to say she was sorry for slandering my name and mrs. Mahone sent me the statement that states i got welfare by the week and statrted getting it in 1989 and i had no child and iam seeking an attorney to help me file a class action law suite and if there are any more people that is being wronged by the state of alabama and covington county please contact me at my email (redacted for security purposes)@gmail.com and if i have 100 people we can file a class action law suite against dhr and the state of alabama human resource office.
