Defective product. We bought an 15" HP Notebook from best Buy. Within a week the battery would heat up too hot to touch with your hand.
After having bootup and shutdown issues. The heat from the battery caused a crack in the screen. Best Buy would not honor a trade or refund even under 14 days. A service rep stated it was an ongoing issue but not claimed by HHP. We sent the unit to HP. They said they couldn't undetstand what happened. No matter what the problem was, they do no replace the screen. The cost would be $433. We only payed $600. HP should own up in selling a defective product. Once again, the consumer suffers.
