Tenants repeatedly destroyed property, refused to pay rent and moved over 12 people into property. When we took them to court they came in with oxygen tanks, canes and crutches and put themselves on the mercy of the court explaining that they were ill and could not help what their GUEST did. They were ordered to make the extra people leave, but they are still there and still destroying the property and refusing to pay rent.
