Anyone responding to an add on Craigslist for a home for rent in Fayetteville, NC, BEWARE! There is a gentleman named Jimmy Brun that will be quick to take your rent and deposit and harrass you until you leave to do the same to the next tenants. He lives right beside his property and will constantly text you and call you leaving smart ass comments and doing anything possible to run you away from the property. Renters Beware.
