Follwed cancellation policy, full refund if excuted within 12 days of receipt, only to find out that you will be placed on hold, as long as an hour. Returning product, according to their policy, does not constitute a cancellation. You have to, call their customer service number which they do not answer. Made numerous phone attempt, at various times of their stated hours of operation, within the 12 day period only to be placed on hold.
Within 30 days of receiving this initial order, company made an additional withdrawal. It was ten (10) days before this product arrived. Prior to, was continuely making attempt to contact this company.
