The bricks are breaking and coming off used grade 3 and 4 wood in the house they overspanned the rafters in parts of the house the doors that were used have been replaced on the outside have cracked once more
The house has been through the TRCC SIRP file # 601 but the builder dose not want to fix the problems right

Choice was to deliver at the time of closing a house that meet all state and local and FHA/HUD codes this was not done the house did not meet the electrical code (NEC) and other codes witch the house did not meet HUD Doc 92541 Builders Certification
The note, deed of trust was completely done wrong and was not correct this was done by Your own CHI Title co. (owned by Choice Homes) had the title to my house was so bad that it had 501 oxford loop attached to my address along with other attachments
