This product basically is an elastic band that wraps around your head to hold your mouth/jaw closed while you sleep. I tried it for over a week and woke up 3 of the nights with the band laying next to my pillow, on other nights I had to remove it during the night because I cannot easily breath through my nose at some times due to allergies.
I decided to return the product as I couldn't see it being worth $70 and the company advertised a no-questions-asked refund policy. That is deceptive. They accept returns, but you must strictly follow their instructions which include returning the packing slip/invoice of the order that was never included in my order (so per a phone call, I can return a copy of the envelope they mailed it in). They also deduct a 25% fee for "medical waste disposal" which is a scam.
Bottom line, the company has yet to refund ANY of my money (after about 10 days of them receiving the return) and they will still get over $25 (IF they ever refund my 75%) on the order for a piece of fabric that probably costs them less than $5 to make and ship (they charge $6 for standard shipping).
MAYBE this product works for some but I cannot agree with the misleading advertising the company uses therefore I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them.
