My experience was no different. It took weeks for them to even bill my credit card, and after several attempts to contact the company, they never replied by email nor phone. I didn't realize it until after I had submitted my card number that the company has no phone number or email address. The live chat never works. I have not received the merchandise yet, but if I do, I will return it to the sender.
After doing some research, I have found that the Jordan shoes that they sell are fakes. The company is a huge scam, and I'm looking into filing a complaint with the business bureau. I will get my money back because my credit card company is dealing with the problem. A week ago, when I did a search on customers' interactions with the company, the only website that came up was http://answers. Yahoo.com/question/index? Qid=20090120140242AAm0vca. Today, the complaint site came up—a sign that people are taking notice.
I work with foster youth, and one of my boys wanted a pair of Jordans but didn't have enough money for full retail. We wanted a good deal—so we found a pair on the company's site. Anyway, the whole experience was terrible. I'm posting a link of this Ripoff site on their web page. Eventually this company won't be able to do business with the online community.
Frustrated and Ripped off,
