I ordered a pair of Jordan sneakers from Twincitiessucreme. It was the only time I have ever had a bad experience with an online purchase. I paid $75 for a fake pair of Jordans that came from an unidentified address in Beijing, in a beat up box. Tried on numerous occasions to contact the "Customer Service, " which is just one person. No response, and no refund. Thankfully my credit card company intervened or else I would have never seen my money refunded.

The box they came in:
Poor needle working with obvious stitch marks.
You can actually see the brush lines from the black paint.
Jagged Sharp plastic edges sticking out over the flap
Uneven flaps in the middle.
Very clearly a paint job gone wrong..
The Live Help tab always has the below message.

I have sent numerous emails, clicked on the "Live Help" button, and even called the number listed only to have an automated voice message from "shane." My order and payment was placed last week without any notification or even Customer Service email. I will allow another business day for a response or shipment and I will report this website and contact on fraudulently charges by Friday 26 Feb.
