As the other customers of Doxy L. Have mentioned in their post regarding their experience, this company should be shut down. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and sent out e-mails to everyone I know warning them not to ever use this site, and to forward it to everyone they know. After this horrible experience I will research a company before I do business online again, which is disappointing seeing as I do a lot of business via internet. Hopefully by me posting this information I will help other customers save money and not be ripped off by distrustful companies on the internet.
My experience
I ordered a Halloween Costume two weeks before I needed the merchandise. The website listed the costume as In Stock, meaning the merchandise would be shipped out within 24-48 hours (as stated on the website). Two weeks later I still do not have the merchandise. However my credit card has been charged. I e-mailed the company numerous times requesting a tracking number and all I received was an Automated Response with a generic message (not mentioning my request for a tracking number). When I sent an e-mail letting the company know I would be posting this experience and contacting my lawyer I surprisingly received NO response.
This is just a warning and precaution to other customers thinking about ordering from Doxy Lingerie
