I have ordered from them 3 times — 1st time the order shipped right away I was very pleased! 2nd time, it didn't ship right away, and then (a couple of weeks later) a hurricane came through, but after some email they finally shipped my order so I thought, OK, hurricane so I'll give them another chance. 3rd time? Order was placed on Nov 20, it's now Dec 26th — 1 email received back from customer service (Dec 13th) saying my order was "flagged" and that the shipping supervisor would be contacting me in 24 hrs... Still no order! This is the last time I will be ordering from them, hopefully I can get a refund on the purchase at least (paid through paypal so at least I'm not totally stuck in their non-helpful system).
