Guess what?! This company is STILL scamming people!
I had made an online purchase through JC Penney and I unknowingly signed up for this stupid rewards program that I had to pay for.
If you are going to charge people's accounts, make sure they are FULLY aware of it and don't assume that they are interested.
When I tried to clarify this issue with their ridiculous customer service department, the rep kept talking over me trying to get me to keep this program. Why the heck would I do that after the fact that didn't even know I signed up???
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in JCP and I will never shop there again. You bet I will tell everyone I know the same thing!!!
